Hotels

Summer Rates: We can arrange for you to stay in one of the four best Oceanfront properties, offering ocean front suites, garden suites and pool side/patio courtyard suites at discounted prices!  Comparing our prices will prove what we say!

Winter rates are higher; however we will quote you the lowest rates possible in any of the four properties offered during high season. Most resorts are very busy from November 15th thru April 30th; however we will beat any rate offered.

Winter and Winter Holiday Rates differ from one property to the other. Holiday rates are somewhat higher at all resorts. Some Resorts offer only packages during this period which generally includes Christmas and the New Years holidays.

Note that changes in hotel rates and air fares may change without prior notice.

Snorkeling Adventures

Hol Chan & Shark Ray Alley

9:00 AM & 2:00 PM Daily

Hol Chan means Little Channel in Mayan and is a natural break on the barrier reef where ocean depth ranges from 3 to 30 feet. Here you will enjoy seeing the breath taking myriad of marine life and huge coral garden, among which are flourishing stag horn corals and sea fans.  Shark Ray Alley is a shallow water snorkel where you will enjoy swimming with the harmless nurse sharks and southern stingrays.

Mexico Rocks & Tres Cocos

9:00 AM & 2:00 PM Daily

Mexico Rocks encompasses an expanse of brain corals and an abundance of other marine life hidden in its crevices.  Tres Cocos offers a shallow snorkel right off the reef and is popular with juvenile and colorful fish with an abundance of elk horn corals and other hard coral formations.

Snorkel & Beach Picnic

Leaves 9:00 AM & Returns 3:30 PM

A beach picnic and seafood cookout finishes that perfect day enjoying the beautiful Caribbean.  We snorkel three stops; Tres Cocos, Mexico Rocks and another site chosen by your guide. A little fishing adds a perfect touch of excitement to this adventure.  Your personal guide prepares a seafood lunch right on the beach for you.

Caye Caulker Snorkel Tour

Leaves 9:00 AM & Returns 3:30 PM

This tour includes snorkeling Hol Chan marine reserve and Shark Ray Alley. After the snorkel tour we head to the neighboring island of Caye Caulker for lunch, shopping,  and libations, or if you prefer lie on the beach and enjoy a cold local drink while getting that perfect sun tan.

Manatee Watching & Snorkel Tour

Visit Shallow Caye, one of Belize’s reserves and home to the elusive West Indian Manatee. If you like you may take pictures or just view this shy creature. We then head off to Goff’s Caye and snorkel right off the beach while your guide prepares your lunch. Then it’s off to your second snorkel stop right at Caye Caulker where we make a short stop for your shopping pleasures.

Touring Adventures

TIKAL MAYAN PYRAMIDS!

1 Night, 2 Day tour .

Tikal is located in the Peten region of Guatemala forming part of the mayan biosphere reserve The Tikal national park covers an area of 222 square miles .

Visit the famous temples at Tikal while observing endangered species of flora and fauna protected in this park. Over 300 species of birds make the park there home includes parrots, Toucans, humming birds and oscillated turkeys.

Tikal is one of the most impressive and pristine Mayan cities in Central America

Leave San Pedro 7:00 am return the following day at 5:30pm.

Day 1- Visit to Xunantunich in the western Belize, then we head for an exotic lunch at the Cabana in Peten. After lunch we visit Yaxha Mayan site indulging ourselves in the lost Mayan civilization. We head for an overnight to the Island of Flores Peten for your shopping pleasure. 

Day 2- Leave Flores at 8.00am and head to Tikal. We head back home at 1.00pm .

Cave Tubing

Leaves 7:00 AM & Returns 5:00 PM

This tour begins with  an exciting boat ride along the numerous cayes that dot the Belize coastline to Belize City where we board our air conditioned van and head west on the Western Highway to Belize’s mountain ranges.  This area is  home to the river cave system of Belize at Jaguar Paw Resort. At the resort we feast on a typical Belizean lunch.

After lunch we head to a great and unforgettable experience on the underworld of the cave system where impressive stalactites and stalagmites form part of this adventure. We then head back to the city but not before making our stop at the Belize Zoo, not the typical zoo but a unique and natural experience.

Lamanai Mayan Ruin

Leaves 7:00 AM Returns 5:00 PM

A day long adventure takes you to Belize’s mainland to the village of Bomba  where we board our bus that takes us down the old Pan-American Highway to the river at Tower Hill. Here we board our river boat and head on a majestic trip through nature as flora and fauna galore awaits us. On this tour a large variety of orchids and other wild flowers, plants, birds, reptiles, as well as the black howler monkey’s are encountered. Arriving at the shores of the New River Lagoon we are met by the majestic Capital of Lamanai surrounded by the pristine rainforest. Lunch is served on the lagoon beach after which we hike the paths to the various temples of intricate Mayan architecture.

Altun Ha Mayan Ruin

Leaves 8:30 AM & Returns 4:30 PM

We head by fast boat to Belize’s Northern River and the village of Bomba. During our river trip we are surrounded by a variety of flora and fauna.  Once at Bomba we board our bus which takes us to the temples of this ancient Mayan city  where the Jade Head of the Mayan Sun God, the largest object of jade in the Mayan world was found. After exploring the site and absorbing its history and beauty we head to Maruba Resort where we are served a delectable Belizean lunch. Thereafter we can take a dip in their fresh water pool or if we prefer we can take advantage of the spa services.

Local dive sites are within 5 to 15 minutes from our dock, the 100 ft visibility offered enables you to indulge in the wonders of this multicolored underwater world.  The dive sites offer spectacular grove canyons, tunnels and wrecks where you might encounter turtles, eagle rays and other elusive creatures and tropical fish.

Offshore Dives

Blue Hole Offshore Day Tour

Leaves 6:00 AM Returns 4:30 PM

Experience the ultimate dive at this renowned world dive site. This site was discovered by local fishermen and later explored by Jacques Cousteau.  The 1000 ft diameter hole is surrounded by  a reef in which snorkelers explore, while divers plunge into the hole filled with wondrous color, stalactites, and stalagmites. Experience the magnificent reef and bull sharks as you plunge into the abyss. 

A different world awaits you at Half Moon Caye where you enjoy the underworld with sweeping gorgonians which comes to life as you are greeted by southern eagle rays and a myriad of marine creatures. Visit the Booby Bird sanctuary on this caye.  Your final dive is at the Aquarium, this is a busy dive; colorful fish, huge barrel sponges, parrot fish and garden eels are but a few of the species you will enjoy here.

Turneffe Atoll Day Tour

Leaves 6:00 AM & Returns 4:30 PM

Turneffe Atoll is one of four atolls in the Caribbean to which Belize is home to three. Turneffe’s reefs are abundant with colorful juvenile fish, turtles, eagle rays, and large groupers which are friendly residents of this area.  Dive sites such as the Elbow feature multilevel drift dives. Currents attract schools of game fish, lemon and bull sharks, and an occasional hammerhead. North Turneffe is known for its abundance of soft corals among which are the gorgonians and huge sponges, which are home to toad fish and other marine species.

Fishing Adventures

 Reef Fishing

Go fishing for that perfect and romantic dinner. Snappers, jacks, barracudas, groupers and other abundant edible fish can be caught by  pro or the novice. One of the many local restaurants will prepare your catch for you (your guide can call for you) or you can prepare the fish at your hotel.

Flat Fishing

We head towards the flats on the western side of the island in search of the perfect bonefish, tarpon, or permit…. or maybe that Grand Slam awaits you on this day. Weather permitting the novice or the pro could take home pictures of a prized trophy fish..  At the end of the day smiles will signal satisfaction with a well fought battle in the flats.
